Package 1 - $1,000

  • Online registration form setup and registration tracking
  • Event listing on the WRPA calendar
  • Event email marketing
  • Pre-event "Know Before You Go" attendee communication
  • Post-event thank-you email and attendee survey

Package 2 - $1,500

Includes everything in package 1, plus:

  • Full event webpage, including speakers, sessions, schedule, and event details
  • Speaker and session information coordination
  • Name badge preparation and production

Package  3 - $2,500

Includes everything in package 1 & 2, plus:

  • Venue and vendor coordination
  • Food and beverage planning and coordination
  • AV planning and coordination
  • Meeting room setup and logistics
  • Review and negotiation of event-related vendor agreements
  • Pre-event coordination with venue and vendors
