Enforcement

WRPA staff, event organizers, and the WRPA Board of Directors will enforce this Code of Conduct throughout all WRPA spaces. Anyone who violates this Code of Conduct may be immediately removed from the current activity and/or event, and an incident report will be filed. You will have the opportunity to appear before the Board of Directors to address any behavior believed to violate this Code of Conduct. Afterwards, whether the member appears or waives their right to appear, the Board will decide the best course of action, which may include permanent suspension from future activities, termination, or suspension from the association and any related network, committee, or board position.

By participating in WRPA, you consent to these expectations and agree to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe community.
