Property tax is a very complex topic.  There are multiple dedicated streams of funding for specific jurisdictions and uses.  This informative session highlights the dedicated funding authorities for Park and Recreation services through Metropolitan Park Districts, Park Districts and Recreation Service areas.  An overview of how property tax revenue is generated, how these special purpose districts rank and the exposure to their annual funding, such as Prorationing.
