"Healthy Boundaries for Working Strong"

Many public servants are experiencing high stress as increased needs of the public, lack of resources, and frequent crisis take their toll.  In this workshop we identify some key boundaries that help ease the emotional burden of work.  Compassion fatigue and self-care are addressed, as well as strategies for finding a path to health.

Learning Objectives

  • Name dynamics that contribute to emotional triangulation and fatigue.
  • Identify key reasons why we don’t want to practice boundaries.
  • Own and implement a personal plan for boundary setting.
