Inclusion: Make It Work!

Thursday, April 11 | 1:00pm - 2:15pm

Session Description:

It’s not how a person fits into a program—it's how to make small changes so programs fit the person! Having the right attitude, tools, and knowledge will create an environment where inclusion can flourish. This session will cover proactive program changes, assessing participant needs, comprehensive staff training, and tangible problem solving for implementing a successful inclusion program. This session can be taken on its own or in conjunction with Wednesday’s session “Inclusion: Have a Plan.”

  • Learn and understand proactive and cost-effective program changes.
