Date/Time: Thursday, May 3 | 1:00 - 2:15PM

Speaker: Bobbi Nance, Recreation Results

Category: Programming

Description: Customer feedback is essential in better serving the needs of our communities, but often customer surveys and program evaluations are an afterthought. Learn how to strategically rethink what, when, and how you are asking for customer feedback to produce survey results you can actually use. See examples of underutilized features in most current survey software that can actually be used to make surveying more fun, less repetitive, and even help promote better customer service and marketing efforts.

Learning Objective:

  • Identify each step in the Survey Cycle and which areas they have been neglecting.

  • Draft questions and design surveys that will produce the desired data without bias.

  • Utilize new features available with most survey software to improve their survey design.
