Description: Occasionally, you need to look in unusual places for funding when the dream exceeds the available budget.  If you can define the uses for a space, even a small space, you can target willing donors to meet each need.   I will speak to the way we brought two public entities plus two private foundations and a grassroots community organization to the (picnic) table to create a playground.  This park is under construction currently and it will honor the life of a young woman who envisioned an accessible world for others to enjoy
after she passed.
