Description: Learn more about open source software, creative uses of technology, and tips on emerging technology for facility operations.  With a growing need to make data-informed decisions, it is imperative that facility operations is supported by low-to-no cost technology options. This session will explore several options to support facility operations through examples of trials of provided tech options.Come ready to share your own best practices on how is data tracked in your facility.

  • Be able to identify current technology options.

  • Participants will test a tech example

  • Participants will share and rank effectiveness of technology approaches

Speaker: Ginny is a seasoned presenter with experience engaging large (800+) and small participant groups in leadership development, operations training, and aquatics enhancements. She is a lifelong learner with undergrad and graduate degrees in business, education, English, technology, and leadership and has a passion for developing other leaders.
