The details of this discussion will help them establish an appropriate membership price for their citizens as well as give them tools to attract and retain members moving forward. We will discuss the keys to developing a successful membership by evaluating pricing details, marketing and promotions, touring and closing procedures and membership retention.

Learning Objectives:

  • Establishing the right price for your community based on market demographics, market saturation, and agency goals.

  • Establishing a sales and touring process that is easy to duplicate, results driven and low pressure for your citizens.

  • Sharing practices for successfully onboarding a new member and keeping them engaged in your services.
