Homelessness is impacting communities across Washington State and Parks Departments are struggling with how to handle the impacts ethically and legally. The panel of experienced professionals will share experience and best practices for how their agencies have approached this sensitive topic. The panel will be comprised of professionals from law enforcement, parks departments and risk management.
