Social Distancing Day Camp Webinar

Day Camps are a traditional summer staple for Parks and Recreation agencies, providing much-needed services in response to community needs. With the impacts of COVID-19, agencies may be struggling with what it looks like a means to run a modified camp. Today, it’s crucial camps have the ability to be scale-able, so as to respond to the ever-changing conditions. Find out how Metro Parks Tacoma has been working with the community and partners, to deliver a camp model during COVID-19  “Phase I” period, while using it as a springboard to plan for summer camp operations. Please join WRPA and Metro Parks Tacoma as we learn and discover alternative ways to engage our youth in our communities.
