A Message from NCSI: WRPA Affinity Partner

Returning Safely to Play

A Message from NCSI

As a valued NCSI Affinity Partner, we would like to share some new resources we’ve put together for you and your Washington Recreation and Park Association members. We know how important the programs that you run through WRPA are to the families across Washington.

As states across the country begin to re-open, NCSI is working with our parent company, SportsEngine, to curate informational materials and guides in the new Return to Play resource page. Whether your community has already begun to re-open or is currently preparing for a safe return to play, we’re here to help you get ready for when youth sports and park and rec activities make their comeback in Washington.

Explore some of our curated resources below for getting WRPA programs back to play:

We know that while you may have begun your opening phases in Washington, having conversations with parents about how to safely return to your park and recreation programs might be trickier. To help, we’ve put together some valuable resources for parents that offer guidance and support for safely returning their children youth programs.

As we all learn how to adapt to the new normal of life in a pandemic, we hope that you find these resources helpful for your members. When you’re ready to re-activate your WRPA programs, NCSI can help to keep your communities safe by providing best-in-class background checks for your coaches, volunteers, and employees.

View the WRPA safety landing page.

We thank you for all that you do to keep children safe and active in your community.

Yours in Safety,

The NCSI Team
