Summer staff training—it’s a mad dash to share everything a staff needs to know in just a few short days and in the end, are they really prepared? Using the eight developed steps to success outlined by the American Camp Association, participants will identify the challenges and solutions to creating an intentional, successful, and creative staff training that will leave their staff prepared and eager to take on the summer!

Learn eight action-based solutions to add depth and intentionality to staff training.
Tips and tricks to teaching to all four learning styles at once.
Figure out how to embrace, engage, and create culture during staff training; after all, it sets the tone for the whole season.

About the Speakers:

Raina has spent a lifetime working within the summer camp industry. She has held almost every position and has worked in resident and day camps, for profit and non-profit, as well as traditional and specialty programs. She is a passionate speaker, educator, certified master instructor, and clinic director for the Certified Horsemanship Association.
