Description: There’s an old mantra: Go slow to go fast. That mantra applies to creating strong teams, as well. In this workshop, attendees will learn why it’s important to lay a strong foundation for a team before the ‘real’ work begins. We’ll not only discuss the characteristics of effective teams and the importance of trust, but we’ll also learn practices and activities that attendees can apply to their organizations for team success.
