"What I particularly appreciated about the (Strengths Finder) curriculum is that it changes the lens through which we look at others, reg ardless of whether they're co-worker, friends, or family. We were trained t o look at talent, capacity and potential, not the box we've placed others i n. I loved it and feel like it will be a game changer for me."

"Karin asked thoughtful questions that made us think deeper into our practice. She offered several strategies teachers can use and modeled these for staff. H er ability to present as much information as she did and chunk it into dige stible bites was remarkable. Karin possesses the character and presence tha t make her a successful and impactful independent contractor of adult learn ing."
