Power Tools for Front-Line Customer Service

Hosted by the WRPA Marketing & Facilities Network

Cost:

$60 for WRPA members
$75 for Non-members

Pre-registration is now closed. Walk-ins welcome.

Working with the public can be incredibly rewarding, but is often costly in ways we never expected. In this two-hour customer service intensive, we will discuss highly effective best practices and provide tools for dealing with difficult customers. Supervisors, managers, and front-line workers are encouraged to attend. This is a great event for teams to attend together. Discussion questions will be provided for teams to debrief on their own.

Minimum attendance needed to proceed with training: 30

What People Are Saying

"What I particularly appreciated about the (Strengths Finder) curriculum is that it changes the lens through which we look at others, regardless of whether they're co-worker, friends, or family. We were trained to look at talent, capacity and potential, not the box we've placed others in. I loved it and feel like it will be a game changer for me."

—H.M., Pierce County Human Resources

"Karin is extremely engaging. I really enjoyed this presentation and have a renewed positivity for my job and coworkers. I got a lot out of this class."

2017 TRAIN Consortium participant

"Karin asked thoughtful questions that made us think deeper into our practice. She offered several strategies teachers can use and modeled these for staff. Her ability to present as much information as she did and chunk it into digestible bites was remarkable. Karin possesses the character and presence that make her a successful and impactful independent contractor of adult learning."
