Kirkland is looking to improve, simplify and streamline their ball field allocation process in 2018. We would love to hear from other agencies what works and doesn’t work with current processes.

Items for discussion:

• the process of assigning fields to community members and the priority given to youth vs. adults
• how software systems are potentially being used to handle the allocation and communication to maintenance
• what applications need to be filled out
• what guidelines need to be read and/or signed
• how to handle fields that have been returned after allocation
• what communication is given to maintenance and how often
• how are rainouts handled
• fee structures

We will be joined by several speakers from Seattle, King County, Bellevue, Sammamish and more!
